  1. Could we hire a machine, and cook the pig ourselves?

Of course you can! One of our technicians will drop the machine at the venue of your choice, they will also help you set up the machine and talk you through how it all works. Once that’s done, all you need to do is sit back and watch as the machine does all the work for you.

  1. Do you cater for events early in the morning, late at night or on weekends?

We can cater for your event 24/7, we can be there when the sun rises, or we can be the last to leave the event at night. All you have to do is let us know in advance.

  1. Can you serve from anywhere?

In the past we have catered from some rather adventurous places, including boats, penthouse suites, in the middle of muddy festivals and much more. If you are still unsure, please contact us and we can discuss.

  1. What if it rains?

In the unfortunate event that it rains but your event is still going on, we will always be prepared with our 3×3 metre gazebo to cover your guests whilst they are being served their food. But if you would prefer we can always serve your food inside.

  1. I’m looking to cater for a large event, is that something you can do?

We can cater for very intimate dinners in the comfort of your own home up to larger corporate events for 500 people, let us know how many guests you need to feed and we will be sure to have a solution for you.

  1. Is Pork your only option?

We can offer a wide variety of meats, this can include Lamb, Chicken, Beef and much more! We can also provide canapes, desserts, starters, salads etc, if you cant see something that you are interested in on our menus, please email us or give us a call as we can create a bespoke menu for you.

  1. We have vegan guests, can you provide food for them? 

Of course we can! We want to make sure every single one of your guests goes home satisfied, which means we will accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. Before your event you will have a chance to speak to your Catering Manager, this is when you can let them know all your guests requirements.

  1. Do you work at different venues?

During our time in the catering industry we have worked with many venues throughout Colchester and further. Often we will know the place, if not then as long as our requirements are met, then we’re fine.

  1. Do you cater for children?

Whether you would like them to just have a smaller portion of the main meal option or a more child-friendly dish, we can always create something for your little guests!
