This December, Hog Roast Wivenhoe is catering for a staff party for a local primary school, with 45 staff members all in need of a well-deserved break this Christmas. To celebrate the festive period (and the end of the term), the staff are attending a Christmas party at a local function room. The party will include a gift exchange, plenty of Christmas music, and a delicious menu from Hog Roast Wivenhoe. For the catering, we are planning on serving our festive buffet menu, which is sure to go down a treat at this event. The menu has a wide variety of dishes on offer and the buffet serving style means that the guests can enjoy exactly what they want, with more than enough for seconds!
To ensure that we had plenty of time to prepare the dishes on-site, the Hog Roast Wivenhoe team arrived at the function room in the morning on the day of the party. We began by whole-roasting the turkey, which was cooked to perfection to ensure that it was packed full of natural juices and flavours. Once ready, the succulent meat was served alongside all of the traditional trimmings, including roasted baby potatoes, glazed carrots and peas, sprouts, pigs in blankets, and homemade gravy. Overall, our menu was perfect for the party and was a great addition to the festive celebration!
