Recently, Hog Roast Saffron Walden had the upmost pleasure of catering for beautiful bride and groom, Harriet and Will who decided on our set Southern Slow Roast Menu. This encapsulates Texan flavours with juicy brisket and tangy creamy coleslaw galore. Guests were in awe at the distinct flavours. Watching countless guests go back for seconds (and let’s be honest thirds) spoke for just how good the food was.
Harriet and Will were especially please with the food, even taking a photo next to our stand! They were surprised that even after feeding a whopping 120 guests, there was still leftovers. Here at Hog Roast Saffron Walden, we do not play about our portion sizes.
