There is also the health and safety of our service and your venue that we have to consider. Hog Roast West Mersea are always committed to the safety of our guests. With the more unique style of roasting that we tend toward, there are a lot of considerations with space and ventilation to make sure our hog roast gets to be the spectacle that it should be without negatively impacting your event in any way. We’ll liaise with your venue (or you, if it is your house, garden, etc) to make sure we can come in confident that we can operate our catering safely.
